Pedro Sauer is an pivotal pioneer figure and exclusive shaper of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu history in the United States.
Having participated as a trailblazer of no-holds-barred combat matches to prove the effectiveness of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to the USA, Pedro has spent more than 50+ years on the mats, honing his skills and expanding his knowledge of this dynamic fighting system.
Pedro's technical pedigree and journey through the ranks has armed him with a deep understanding of the technical intricacies and the philosophical underpinnings of Jiu-Jitsu.
Pedro is the receiver of the "Tecnico de Jiu-Jitsu" Award, a special certificate given in recognition of superior technical mastery of the art of jiu-jitsu, given to only a handful of students by the founder of Brazilia Jiu-Jitsu, Helio Gracie.
In addition, Pedro was voted the “Best of the Best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor” by the Abu Dhabi Combat Club (ADCC), a globally recognized organization.
